Sealing the Surface Fractures

Once the anchors are set, we use a hydraulic ram lift to carefully raise the settled section of your foundation back into place. We record the lift in 0.1-inch increments so we know exactly how much the structure is moving instead of guessing. This closes the cracks naturally and stabilizes that part of your home.
Filling the Voids Beneath
Sometimes the cracks in your foundation or slab are caused by voids, empty pockets where the soil has washed away or compacted.
